Road Runner is currently only available in Lahore.

You can have items from any store, restaurant or business in Lahore delivered. We also do deliveries and pick up from home addresses. Need to get a pick up from a friend, forgot something at home or need to have an item sent across town? We'll deliver.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the pick up location and delivery location and vary accordingly.

Yes. You can contact the Runner directly if you have been assigned one by then or call our operations team to make changes to the order. Depending on when the changes are made, delivery may take longer than the allotted time.

In case of cancellations, if the order has already been dispatched for delivery or if it has been placed at the outlet and they refuse to cancel it we will be unable to accept the cancellation request.

You cannot request for a specific Runner Instead we will assign the best available Runner for your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) along with bank transfer, Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash are the payment options for all orders. Western Union may also be used as well as bank transfer for orders placed internationally.
